Eligibility Requirements

Sunrise Health Link is open to anyone in need of addiction treatment services for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) and most other substance use issues. This is a completely "self-pay" model, we will not bill any insurances for these services. In addition, due to contractual obligations, we cannot serve any patient that currently has an active Ohio Medicaid policy.

What to Expect

Sunrise HealthLink is a new telehealth service that allows some addiction treatment services to be delivered remotely through videoconferencing and other digital communication tools. This platform has the ability to provide treatment and support to clients without having to leave your home.

Sunrise Health Link patients will have a consultation with administrative personnel and a licensed medical provider at every appointment. If medications are necessary, they will be written by the doctor at the time of the appointment and sent to a community pharmacy.
